International Management Innovation Consultancy (Shanghai) Co., Ltd was established in 2008, previously it was the IMIG Shanghai Representative Office. The purpose is to help IMIG Germany developing Lean Production projects in China and AP region, and also introducing the whole set of lean concepts. Being the biggest manufacturing center of the world, there is still big room of improvement in lean application of Chinese enterprises. Our aim is to help the different size of companies in different industries, from small private companies to multinational group companies, to design and implement the lean solution in short time period, and achieve the expected sales breakthrough smoothly.
